Welcome to the new home of T4. Dr. Lance Ford is an education advocate for Cisco and is housed at Howe Public Schools in Howe, OK. He works with teachers/faculty members/trainers from a variety of organizations around the world in delivering "blended" learning models. This site is the home of the learning management system that he uses for training engagements before, during and after the live sessions.
